TIMCON staff Dr. Timothy Oketch and Grant Rugarama, MSc., made a presentation entitled “Transportation Modelling, An Advanced Approach for Addressing Urban Congestion” at the African Centre for Media Excellence, ACME in Kampala, Uganda. The event was attended by over 20 journalists drawn from various media houses in the country.
