BRT Benchmarking Scheme

Through the BRT Line 5 Project, Timcon staff and other consultants together with staff from KURA and Namata went to Korea for the BRT benchmarking scheme organized by the international consultants on the project: Kuhnwa, Yooshin, Tracom, and Dohwa.

The assessment involved visiting the BRT system in Gyeonggi Province and attending live workshops and seminars.

Key takeaways were on the ITS systems such as the integrated fare collection systems, collaboration with the relevant organizations, and proper and inclusive land use.
