Operational and Safety Evaluation of the Thika Highway Project is flagged off with a thorough site review by a joint team of TIMCON staff, African Development Bank specialists, and other stakeholders. The project involved operational and safety evaluation of the constructed roads. The assessment involved comprehensive micro-simulation modelling and detailed Road Safety Audit (RSA) of the 40 km highway with 19 junctions and interchanges.
