TIMCON Principal and Director, Dr. Timothy Oketch, P. Eng., participated in a high-powered delegation of experts that assessed the infrastructural requirements (transportation, energy, and water) for the country of Seychelles, identifying projects that would benefit from funding, especially from multilateral development banks (MDBs).
