Second Nyali Bridge Project, Mombasa, Kenya: The Study that was being undertaken as a PPP project and involved the Transportation Assessment of the Mombasa Area to assess the feasibility of construction a new Bridge over the Tudor Creek in the City. TIMCON provided transportation planning and modelling services. The analysis was undertaken using demand forecasting (TRANSCAD) and micro-simulation modelling. A “Willingness to Pay” survey and analysis was undertaken to assess public attitudes towards the proposed toll bridge.
