Road Safety Audit Management Training Program

As part of the African Development Bank (AfDB) Training on the Updated Integrated Safeguards System (ISS) 2023, TIMCON Associates participated in a week-long training held from 5th to 9th May at the Ole Sereni Hotel.

The training covered several key topics, including ESIA preparation requirements, an overview of the project cycle, financing agreement provisions, and other critical elements of the ISS.

With TIMCON currently engaged in various AfDB-funded projects, such as the Monitoring & Evaluation and Technical Audit of Kampala City Road Links, the insights gained from this training will be instrumental in ensuring effective implementation and compliance.
