TIMCON and partners have been undertaking this project for the Uganda Nationals Roads Authority (UNRA) from December 2019. The Project, now at the tail end, involved Road Safety Audit, Road Safety Sensitization Education and Awareness Campaign undertaken as part of the upgrading of the Kabwoya – Bulima – Kigumba (135km) in North West Uganda. As part of the Study, Road Safety Audits were undertaken at three stages including Detailed Design, Pre-Opening and Opening Stages.
Road Safety Awareness and Sensitization was also undertaken and involved sensitization of many stake holders including schools, community leaders, boda boda riders etc
