The founding principal of TIMCON Associates, Dr. Timothy Oketch, P.Eng., is a Professional Engineer registered in several jurisdictions and has over 20 years experience in traffic engineering and transportation planning. Prior to joining TIMCOM Associates, Dr Oketch worked for a multi-national engineering consultancy firm in the Toronto Area, Canada. He has also worked for the provincial and municipal governments in Canada. Dr. Oketch has extensive project management and technical expertise in traffic engineering transportation systems modelling with projects in Canada and abroad. He has authored and presented 20+ technical papers in the transportation field.
TIMCON’s principals have international experience from Canada, USA, Europe, the Caribbean and Africa. We also partner with other firms to deliver multi-disciplinary projects involving expertise in other professions not available in house to ensure that various projects are completed satisfactorily within the stipulated time frame and budget.
Senior Staff in TIMCON Kenyan office include Eng. J. Agingu, Director of Kenya Office as well as G. Rugarama, MSc., Senior Transportation Modeller, and Ms. Nancy Abira, Transportation Safety Engineer who also double up to oversee Technical and General Management roles respectively.
